Building a consistent digital experience across a growing logistics platform

INTRO

ThePackengers is a French logistics company specializing in the transportation of high-value art and luxury items. When I joined, the digital ecosystem was growing across customer-facing products, internal tools, partner experiences, and marketing website.

The team needed: clearer interfaces for complex logistics workflows, a more consistent experience across products that could better support the growing business.

I worked across 4 digital products, improving existing experiences, designing new flows, and building the main website in Framer. My focus was on making complex information easier to navigate while creating a more cohesive visual and interaction language across the ecosystem.

Problems

ThePackengers had multiple products and websites serving different users, with different workflows and interfaces. As the ecosystem grew, the experience needed stronger consistency and clearer structure

Solution

I improved navigation, information hierarchy, reusable UI patterns, and visual consistency across key products while also redesigning and building several web experiences in Framer.

Results

ThePackengers gained a more consistent experience across its 7 digital products, with clearer interfaces, stronger visual direction, and web experiences that better connected the brand with its products.

DESIGN CHALLENGE

How do you create a consistent experience when multiple products serve different users and different logistics workflows?

There wasn't a single interface to redesign. Each product had its own requirements, users, and level of complexity, while the ecosystem needed to feel increasingly connected.

I leaned heavily on:

  • Existing product and business requirements

  • UX patterns to simplify complex workflows

  • Reusable UI patterns across products

  • Information architecture to improve navigation and discoverability

  • Visual consistency to create a stronger product ecosystem

SOLUTION #1

Simplified complex logistics workflows

Reorganized navigation, content hierarchy, and user journeys to help customers find information faster and complete tasks with confidence.

FIX #2

Reduced friction during booking

Simplified the quoting and booking flow by surfacing critical information at the right time, making the process more transparent and easier to complete.

FIX #3

Connected products into one experience

Unified the website, portals, widgets, and internal tools under a consistent UX and visual identity, making every touchpoint feel like part of the same platform.

Results

A Unified Ecosystem that Scales with the Business

The redesign transformed a collection of disconnected digital products into a cohesive ecosystem that better reflects ThePackengers' premium logistics brand. By improving usability, simplifying complex workflows, and establishing a consistent design language, every customer touchpoint became clearer, more intuitive, and easier to trust.
